Structural Advantages
Our production and quality control departments boast high-grade Cotastone flooring for easy cleaning and maintenance. The entire facility is equipped with powder-coated aluminium cleanroom doors and vision panels to ensure complete visibility and control over manufacturing activities. Interior walls are coated with oil emulsion paint, supporting a hygienic and low-maintenance environment.
Premises
1. General :
Refers to the manufacturing of non-sensitive, non-penicillin-based pharmaceutical products.
Includes: Tablets, capsules, syrups, ointments, and other general medicines.
2. Beta-Lactam:
Refers to the manufacturing of beta-lactam antibiotics, which include penicillins, cephalosporins, etc.
Special Consideration: These products can cause cross-contamination if not handled separately, as they are allergenic.
3. Food:
This refers to the nutraceutical or food supplement division of the company.
Includes: Protein powders, vitamins, minerals, energy drinks, dietary supplements, and other health food products.
Tablets:
Double Rotary 27 station compression Machine 2 numbers along with bilayer futures. Double Rotary 37 station compression machine along with bilayer futures. Various types of formulation like uncoated, film coated, sustain release, extended release and controlled release tablets are compressed with high degree of quality.

Capsules:
SA-9 capsule filling machine with high degree of automation, which, coupled with sound manufacturing practices, results in higher levels of fill weight accuracy and formulation yields. Additional futures of pellets and tablet filling in a capsule also equipped with essential line machines.

Ointment:
AUTOMATIC MODEL – ALTF 40 LAMINATED TUBE FILLING,
SEALING AND CODING MACHINE.
The recommended speed of the machine is up to 40 tubes per minute. It will vary depending upon the size and type of product to be filled in the tube.
It can fill up to 250ml of cream/Ointment etc.
It can seal/close Laminated as well as Plastic tubes up to 50 mm diameter.
